Acosta Group is hiring for a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) in Weatherford, TX. The role focuses on driving sales performance, coaching sales associates, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The position offers unlimited commission potential, paid training, and weekly pay.
Responsibilities include coaching, onboarding, and executing store-level sales strategies while meeting KPIs. Travel between store locations may be required, with opportunities for advancement and performance
Formación
- Experience in wireless retail or B2C sales.
- Experience in training, coaching, or leading a small team.
- Able to travel within the district as needed.
Responsabilidades
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
- Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
- Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
- Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
- Travel between store locations if required.
