Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) in Weatherford, TX. The role focuses on driving sales, coaching associates, and delivering an exceptional customer experience with an emphasis on engagement with non-shoppers to convert opportunities.

Qualifications

• Wireless retail experience preferred.
• Proven retail or B2C sales success.
• Experience in training, coaching, or leading a small team.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues per guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
