Job summary

OSL Retail Services in Wisconsin is seeking a Wireless Manager to lead the wireless department, supervise a sales team, and drive service and sales performance at your kiosk.

You will manage schedules, training, inventory, and customer experience while reporting to the District Manager; offers base salary, commissions, bonuses, and extensive employee discounts, RRSP matching, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in wireless or electronics.
• Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, sales results, and service quality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, essential for effective leadership and customer interactions.
• Excellent customer service skills with proactive approach, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
• Capability to lift 30-50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the wireless department and ensure service delivery.
• Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, including scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Drive sales targets by motivating the team and implementing effective strategies.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services and train the team accordingly.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stocking and displays.
• Oversee customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Conduct regular team meetings on targets, promotions, and changes.
• Analyze sales figures, forecast future sales, and adapt strategies to trends.
• Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, manage department budget.
• Maintain clean, organized sales area and report performance to upper management.
