PRE-US in Dalton, GA is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead to drive wireless retail performance, coach associates, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will proactively engage customers, exceed goals, and help turn interactions into sales opportunities.

The role offers $20/hour plus aggressive uncapped commission, weekly pay, paid training, and benefits. You’ll train, coach, and mentor staff, manage shifts, and travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
