You’ll train, motivate, and manage on-floor activities, handle escalations, and travel between stores as needed; compensation includes $18–$22 per hour with unlimited commission, weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
