Acosta Group in Joplin, MO is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead for our wireless retail team. You will coach sales associates, drive store performance, and ensure an engaging customer experience, even with non-active shoppers. Expect competitive pay at $18–$22 per hour plus unlimited commissions, paid training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on‑the‑job development.
• Conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
