The role offers $20/hour plus aggressive commission, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement, with travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
