PRE-US in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead to drive performance, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will actively engage customers, lead sales initiatives, and ensure store goals are met in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement. You will train others, manage shifts, and travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required
