Job summary

Acosta Group in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive store performance, coach sales associates, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role focuses on engaging customers, meeting sales goals, and mentoring teammates in a fast-paced wireless retail environment.

You will train staff, conduct onboarding and role-plays, handle escalations per carrier guidelines, and travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
