Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales, coach store teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across wireless retail locations. You will coach, train, and monitor sales associates, conduct onboarding and role-plays, and handle customer issues following carrier guidelines.

This role offers an hourly base with unlimited commission, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions

Territory Sales Manager (Wireless)

$18-22 per hour+ Unlimited Commission | Paid Training Spiffs

Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagements, turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

Preferred Experience

• Wireless retail experience
• Proven retail or B2C sales success

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
