Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager to drive wireless sales, coach associates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across store locations in Amarillo and surrounding districts. You will lead onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development to ensure top performance.

You will meet sales targets, coach teams, and travel as needed. Paid training, weekly pay, and unlimited commissions create strong earning potential and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs

• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required

Territory Sales Manager (Wireless)

$18-22 per hour+ Unlimited Commission | Paid Training Spiffs

Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to our wireless shoppers. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagements, turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
