Job summary

Acosta Group in Arkansas is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales, coach store teams, and enhance customer experiences across locations. You’ll lead onboarding, role plays, and continued development, with accountability for hitting KPIs and supporting growth in a dynamic retail environment.

The role offers week-by-week earnings potential through unlimited commissions, paid training, and opportunities for advancement; travel and scheduling flexibility are part of the job.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.

• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.

Territory Sales Manager (Wireless)

$18-22 per hour+ Unlimited Commission | Paid Training Spiffs

Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to our wireless shoppers. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagements, turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage
