Premium Retail Services in Nashville is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to lead store-level sales, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding wireless shopping experience.

You will exceed personal sales goals, train and mentor staff, deliver onboarding and role-plays, and travel between store locations as needed. This role offers a base hourly wage with unlimited commissions and paid training, plus benefits.

Territory Sales Manager (Wireless)

$18-22 per hour+ Unlimited Commission | Paid Training Spiffs

Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to our wireless shoppers. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagements, turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5–$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
