Job summary

Acosta Group in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales performance, coach associates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to our wireless shoppers. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagements, turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
