You will proactively engage customers, coach staff, and push toward goals with uncapped earning potential and ongoing advancement opportunities. Offering $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, paid training, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Train, coach, and mentor sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Travel between store locations if required.

Responsibilities
