Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, seeks a Director of Sales to lead sales performance, revenue growth, talent development, and field execution across multiple retail locations in the San Francisco market.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to train Area Sales Leaders and Store Leaders. Regular travel up to 50% is required in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-unit retail sales operations.
• Experience managing multiple locations and developing leaders responsible for store-level performance.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance through coaching, accountability, and disciplined execution.
• Experience analyzing KPIs, identifying performance trends, and implementing action plans.
• Experience recruiting, staffing, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams.
• Strong business judgment and analytical skills with strategic prioritization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance, revenue growth, customer experience, and operational results across assigned locations.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, conversion, profitability, and market performance.
• Monitor KPIs, sales trends, forecasts, and reporting to identify opportunities and address gaps.
• Translate insights into measurable goals and actionable plans with follow-through.
• Establish a disciplined sales culture focused on customer engagement and sales behaviors.
• Evaluate market conditions and competitive activity to strengthen market share.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute initiatives and promotions.
