Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of multi-unit management in telecommunications leadership.
• AT&T experience strongly preferred.
• Proven record leading retail sales teams in competitive environments.
• Strong communication, coaching, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to motivate teams while maintaining a high-energy culture.
• Willingness to work 50+ hours weekly and travel between stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire Store Leaders to exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Visit locations to assess performance, celebrate wins, and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with AT&T and Blue Link Wireless standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent for the region.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Marketing to drive local growth.
• Analyze trends and execute plans delivering measurable results.
• Support training, reviews, and professional development.
