Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT&T, in California seeks an Assistant Wireless Store Manager (Sales Leader) to partner with the Store Leader on daily operations and to own the floor details. You will sell alongside the team, model excellence, and step up when leadership is out.

With a focus on product mastery of AT&T devices, plans, and promotions, you will mentor others and drive performance while building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or supporting others preferred.
• Ability to coach through tough sales and close deals.
• Energetic, adaptable in a goal-driven retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Leader on daily operations, staffing, and performance.
• Sell alongside your team and lead by example on every shift.
• Coach, train, and develop team members through real-time feedback.
• Help the team hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assist with product launches, merchandising, and brand standards.
• Stay sharp on AT&T promotions, devices, and wireless trends.
• Handle administrative duties, inventory, compliance, and problem-solving.
• Represent BLW at community and offsite events to grow the customer base.
• Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and care.
