Qualifications

• Six months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, in-store and online.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and services.
• Perform side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond the basics.
• Build relationships and resolve customer questions with empathy.
• Learn digital tools and product knowledge during training.
