Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a detail-oriented Mobile Associate to join our retail team in New Philadelphia, OH. You will learn our brand, provide best-in-class customer experiences, and develop expertise in devices, plans, and services through structured training.

You will assist customers in-store, perform product demonstrations, and practice consultative selling to tailor solutions. This role offers growth toward a Mobile Expert position with training completion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond devices and plans.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
• Learn and become proficient with digital tools for customer onboarding and service.
• Build relationships across channels and help resolve issues for a seamless experience.
