AT&T in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with the right products and services using a consultative approach. You’ll help drive sales, participate in events, and handle online orders and outbound calls to customers.

The role offers a 40-hour schedule (9am–9pm with weekends), with training and coaching to help you achieve goals in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You'll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Weekly hours include shifts from 9am–9pm, including weekends.
• You'll stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs.
