Job summary

AT&T is recruiting for a Retail Sales Consultant in Spokane, WA. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to help customers explore options and choose the best products and services. You’ll engage with the community through events, online orders and outbound calls to customers, with a schedule that runs 9am–9pm including weekends.

This fast-paced role rewards performance with up-front salary support and uncapped commissions, with starting pay reflecting geography, experience and training.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.
