Job summary

AT&T is looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with personalized sales guidance and help them explore the latest devices and services. You will drive connections, process online orders, and participate in community events.

Expect a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with uncapped commission opportunities and a strong emphasis on meeting sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
