Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate to help customers choose devices and plans. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail setting, earning base pay plus uncapped commissions with paid 3-week training provided.

Ideal candidates communicate well, enjoy problem-solving, and are motivated by earnings visible on their paycheck. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Hospitality background helpful.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
