Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate in Orlando to help customers find the right device and plan.

You’ll engage walk-in customers, explain options, and close sales, earning base pay plus uncapped commissions. Training is provided and not dependent on prior wireless experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Hospitality background helpful.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and customer connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture.
