Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate in Bluffton, SC for a full-time role. Base pay and uncapped commission are offered, with a fully paid 3-week training program to get you up to speed.

You will engage customers, guide device and plan choices, and work toward monthly sales targets. Strong communication and hospitality experience are valued; 18+ and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a background check
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets using product knowledge
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions and devices
• Represent the brand at community events
• Bring positive energy to the floor and shape store culture
• HANDLE service and sales needs with honesty and care
