Blue Link Wireless is hiring a Sales Advocate to help customers select devices and plans at our AT&T Authorized Retail location. You will participate in a paid 3-week training program and earn base pay with uncapped commission.

Expect evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as part of a dynamic team environment. Your day involves engaging customers, learning products, and meeting sales targets while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Hospitality background.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
