Job summary

Blue Link Wireless is seeking a Sales Advocate to engage walk-in customers, guide device and plan choices, and close sales at our AT&T Authorized Retail store in Columbia, SC. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on customer-first solutions and ongoing product knowledge.

Base pay plus uncapped commission drives earning potential; a fully paid 3-week training prepares you to succeed and grow with the brand. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
