Job summary

Talk4less Wireless is seeking a motivated Wireless Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service and drive no-contract wireless phone and service plan sales. You will greet customers, learn promos, maintain displays, and ensure store readiness while collaborating with peers and management.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of retail sales or customer service experience. Flexible hours across weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, or equivalent experience.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) is preferred but not required.
• Wireless sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, Point-of-Sale systems, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely customer service and greet customers.
• Learn and communicate current promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and keep displays current and compliant to corporate standards.
• Open/close store, ensure security of sensitive items, and support management with issue resolution.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
• Work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays at various locations.
