Job summary

Talk4less Wireless is seeking a motivated wireless consultant to join our retail team in PA. You will deliver friendly customer service, explain promos, and help customers choose plans and devices in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean displays, processing transactions on POS, learning policy updates, and supporting store leadership. A high school diploma and retail/customer service experience are preferred; flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, or equivalent experience.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) is preferred but not required
• Management experience is not required, but preferred for moving further into store management/ownership
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, Point-of-Sale systems, and cash handling

Responsibilities

• Customer service and greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Proactive in learning promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Administrative and operational tasks; communicate with management to resolve issues.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and display updates.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories.
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays at various locations
