Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Wireless sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to use word processing, spreadsheets, and basic computer skills.
• Cash handling and POS system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greeting customers in a friendly, timely manner.
• Learn and communicate promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Perform administrative tasks and paperwork; coordinate with management to resolve issues.
• Keep store displays current and compliant with corporate standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and ensure security of sensitive items.
• Seamlessly balance customer experience with performance goals; assist in events or promotions.
• Sell wireless phones, service plans and accessories; drive sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Support store operations and participate in outside sales events as needed.
