Job summary

Talk4less Wireless is seeking a motivated Wireless consultant to join our team. You will greet customers, learn current promos, and help them choose the right wireless plans and devices. The role emphasizes customer service, retention, and a fast-paced sales floor environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in retail or customer service; wireless sales experience is a plus but not required. High school diploma or GED is required, with strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
Wireless sales experience (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner and create a positive store environment.
Learn promos, price changes, and policy updates to assist customers.
Perform administrative tasks and coordinate with management to resolve issues.
Keep store clean, stock accessories, and maintain compliant displays.
Open/close store, manage time, and secure sensitive items at end of day.
Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories and strive to retain customers.
