Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in store, online, or via Customer Care.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions for customers.
• Guide customers through purchasing, offering informed answers and expertise.
• Assist Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
