Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product selection and demonstrations.
• Explore customer needs and demonstrate latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to meet customer requirements with accessories and plans.
• Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and explanations.
• Use digital tools to explain coverage, plans, and benefits.
