Arch Telecom in Hanover, PA is seeking an Experienced Retail Associate Manager to lead a fast-paced sales team within our national wireless store network. You will coach staff, demonstrate products, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while meeting store objectives.

You’ll build relationships, uncover customer needs, conduct hands-on demos of the latest technology, and help drive sales through proactive leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless or consumer electronics sales is preferred.
• Willingness to lead a team and coach others.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey.
• Provide in-store demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Side-by-side selling to tailor solutions including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and explanations.
• Assist Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
