Your Wireless - Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer in McKinney, TX is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead and coach a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates. You will drive personal and store KPIs, oversee scheduling, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading retail teams, preferably with Verizon Wireless.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven achievement in prior sales and leadership roles.
• Willingness to travel across locations in the district.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs and volume goals each month.
• Coach team daily to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop team skills and advance within Your Wireless.
• Ensure location operates under Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless guidelines.
• Execute promotional rollouts and inventory procedures timely.
