Your Wireless Inc. in McKinney, TX is seeking a Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager to lead and coach a team of sales associates, driving revenue and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will hire, schedule, and monitor performance to meet monthly KPIs and store goals, while upholding brand standards and operational guidelines. The role rewards performance with strong base pay, commissions, and incentives, along with benefits and opportunities for growth within Your Wireless.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar retail leadership role.
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and leadership roles required.

• Build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPI and volume goals each month.
• Coach team members daily to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop team skills to advance within Your Wireless.
• Ensure location operates under Verizon and Your Wireless guidelines.
• Execute promotional rollouts and inventory procedures correctly.
• Set a professional example for employees and others.
