Job summary

Your Wireless is hiring for a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate in McKinney, TX. You will welcome customers, explain Verizon products and services, and guide them through the buying process to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

We offer strong base pay with uncapped commissions, plus benefits and a flexible schedule. Ideal candidates have 1+ year retail sales experience, are customer-focused, and able to travel to district locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and sales aptitude.
• Willingness to travel to district locations as needed.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer daily.
• Assist new and existing customers through the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Meet and strive to exceed location production standards.
• Handle customer situations to ensure satisfaction.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in assigned tasks.
• Complete required training and demonstrate professional conduct.
