Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, based in Lakeway, TX, is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Verizon Retail Sales Team and drive performance.

You will interview, hire, schedule, and coach a team of sales associates; aim to beat monthly KPI and volume goals; and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

The role offers strong base pay with commissions, generous benefits, 401k, paid time off, and opportunities for growth across our network.

Formación

• 2+ years in retail management or similar leadership role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Evidence of sales leadership and achieving goals.
• Ability to lead, coach and inspire teammates.
• Enthusiasm for retail and wireless products.
• Willingness to travel across district locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US.
