Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, inspire, engage, and motivate the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions to sell with confidence.
• Assist in internal investigations with HR and Loss Prevention.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours; maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Adhere to store policies, documentation, and asset protection.
• Support outside sales events or promotional activities as assigned.
