Qualifications

• Two years of proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to other locations within 30 minutes radius.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for execution of sales, service, and customer experience in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed; motivate and engage.
• Launch new products, services, or processes with partners.
• Ensure employees are trained on new products and promotions.
• Maintain clean, inviting store environment; protect assets.
