Mobilelink LLC is seeking a Store Manager in Appleton, WI to lead a Cricket Wireless store team, drive sales, and elevate the customer experience. This role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and strong staff development across scheduling, training, and product promotions.

You will oversee execution of sales initiatives, collaborate with the District Manager on new product launches, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a welcoming, high-performance store environment.

Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Must be able to speak fluent English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Consistently demonstrate leadership by inspiring, engaging, and motivating the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and ensure employees know how to maximise sales.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions to sell with confidence.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in internal investigations and staffing considerations.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours and maintain a clean, inviting store atmosphere.
• Adhere to back-office compliance, processes, reports, and policies.
• Respond promptly to communications and complete required training in-store.
