RedLion Mobile seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager in Georgetown, TX. This in-person role leads daily store operations, drives sales, and coaches a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience required
• Experience in wireless, broadband, or consumer electronics preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive growth
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations: merchandising, inventory, launches, finances, cash handling and audits
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and gaps and act on growth opportunities
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Build a collaborative, accountable culture focused on recognition and results
• Partner with marketing on local events and promotions
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns
• Ensure team stays up to date on products, promotions, and tech updates
