RedLion Mobile is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our College Station store in person. You will drive store performance, coach a dynamic team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while promoting Optimum service offerings.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail leadership in telecom or electronics, strong data-driven decision making, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel within a 35-mile radius may be needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of retail management experience in wireless, broadband, or consumer electronics.
• Experience handling customer escalations and resolving service issues, coaching a team on customer interactions.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily store operations including merchandising, inventory, launches, cash handling and audits.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns promptly.
• Keep the team updated on products, promotions and technology changes.
