RedLion Mobile is hiring Wireless Retail Sales Associates to join our fast-growing network of stores. You will engage customers, present telecom products, and help residential clients connect to Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services.

Expect a dynamic, customer-facing environment with clear performance targets and commission potential. The role supports a 40-hour week with evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, in-store locations, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
