Job summary

Victra, the leading Verizon authorized retailer, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Bremerton, WA. You will lead a sales-focused team, coach associates, and drive customer experiences to meet sales targets and store goals.

You will mentor staff, handle daily operations, and step in for the General Manager as needed, ensuring excellent service and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless environments preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing and hiring decisions to bring in top talent and develop the team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience and manage store flow.
• Identify skill gaps and build development plans to meet sales metrics and quotas.
• Own personal and team sales performance, monitor daily metrics, and coach in the moment.
• Coordinate store operations, scheduling, and opening/closing activities as needed.
• Lead the store in the General Manager's absence and ensure store commitments are met.
