Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Kent, WA seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a sales team and create outstanding customer experiences in a retail store. You will coach, train, and develop sales specialists, driving sales targets and managing merchandising to reflect brand standards.

You will lead daily operations, set and share goals, resolve customer issues, handle staffing, and ensure store uptime. This role offers uncapped commissions and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Retail or wireless industry experience preferred.
• 1-2 years in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with transactions.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
