Job summary

Victra is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead a sales team and drive exceptional in-store customer experiences. You will coach staff, set goals, and oversee daily operations, including merchandising and inventory control, to meet targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will report to the store leader, train teammates, and ensure an engaging, high-performance atmosphere while supporting the GM during absences.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless preferred.
• 1–2 years in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team, resolve customer issues, and assist with transactions.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor progress with the team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Analyze staffing needs and report financial and sales data.
• Maintain inventory, store cleanliness, and planogram compliance.
• Open/close the store and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
