The role emphasizes customer care, upselling, and meeting store goals in a fast-paced, in-person setting. Flexible scheduling, walking counts, and strong teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications or sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and commissions.
