RedLion Mobile is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for our Lubbock, TX store. The role is full-time and in-person, with a focus on wireless, internet, and TV services.

You will engage customers, explain pricing and promotions, and aim to meet annual sales targets while earning monthly commissions. The position requires at least 1 year of relevant sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers and present telecom products and services proactively.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
